    We’re three months into the new year and I’m already starting to struggle on my daily water intake. Reports show that men need about 3.7 liters of water per day, while women need about 2.7 liters of water. JUST DRINK WATER! Sounds so easy, doesn’t it? But in reality drinking enough water is something we all struggle with. Sometimes water gets boring and repetitive when you’re trying to maintain your diet or even just work on hydrating yourself more throughout the day. Let’s get into the benefits of infused detox water.

    What is Detox Water?

    Have you ever been to a spa or resort and they have all these fancy fruits in the water? That’s because they’ve infused it with different herbs, fruits, or vegetables that help benefit your metabolism, your gut health, and even your skin. It’s a great alternative to drinking soda and it doesn’t have any extra calories. Trust me, when you’re on a diet and you’re thinking about how much sugar is in a glass of juice or soda you’re going to want to try infused water.
